Ace Medicare Clinics Limited (AMCL) started organising international medical conferences in December 2009 as a platform for generating continuing medical education to participants.
The first in the series had the theme "Cutting edge technology for improved global healthcare" It was held at the Covenant University Guest House, Ota, and was co-sponsored by Artemis health Institute in India. It drew resource persons from Nigeria and India, and 233 participants.
